Overview

Widely considered Colorado's most difficult and dangerous 14er. The infamous Knife Edge traverse is an extremely exposed Class 4 section with severe consequences for falls. Most climbers approach this as a two-day trip with a camp at Capitol Lake. This peak demands respect and careful preparation.
