Overview

Colorado's second highest peak and a close neighbor to Mt. Elbert. The name is fitting - Massive has an enormous summit plateau spanning nearly a mile. The east slopes route is straightforward but long, making this a demanding day hike. Many debate whether Massive should be ranked #1 due to measurement variations.
