One of the most photographed peaks in Colorado, Mt. Sneffels rises dramatically above the San Juan Mountains near Ouray. The standard route involves Class 3 scrambling through a scenic couloir system. The peak is known for its striking appearance and the beautiful Yankee Boy Basin approach.
